The goal of the training was to transfer knowledge on creating strong and cohesive teams and effective communication to the members of the newly established resource centers, with the goal of efficient organization of our joint work.
During the training, through group work exercises and games, main community issues were discussed, and the most important ones were prioritized, which served as the basis for brainstorming preliminary project ideas.
Community members actively and enthusiastically participated in community mapping group work and presentations, and each participant had a chance to specify his/her functions and roles in the community.
Combination of theoretical and practical knowledge provided participants with an opportunity to get to know each other better, emphasize the importance of collaboration, each team member’s role and develop a clear understanding that the overall result depends on quality of team coordination.
