On October 3-5, 2011, in the frames of the Organizational Development and Capacity building project, four members of WFD participated in the 3-day training “Designing and Planning Projects”. The project is being implemented through financial assistance of ICCO, in the frames of which 6 members of the organization have participated in different trainings raising their professional skills and abilities. The above mentioned training was conducted by Sandrine Delattre, the NGO Management Association specialist trainer (Geneva, Switzerland).
Participants of the training were introduced to results-based management and its application in designing and planning projects, gained knowledge in classifying, analyzing, preparing the timeframe of activities, etc. Through exercises and group work participants were given core knowledge on planning and programming projects using as main tools the results-based management and logical Fframework approach.
