“Women for Development” NGO is seeking an external evaluator to conduct the final external evaluation of the “Empowering Local Actors for Sustainable Social Changes in Rural Communities of Northern Armenia” project.
The timeline for the evaluation is January 18-29, 2026, and it needs to meet OECD-DAC international criteria.
