On the 32nd anniversary of the Armenian Army, various events were initiated and organized by WFD NGO youth active group members in the beneficiary communities.
In frames of these events, youth, schoolchildren, and community members, lead by the community mayor E. Hakobyan, first visited Anushavan soldiers’ pantheon to pay their respects to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for their homeland. Later, the event continued at Anushavan Arts School after S. Sosyan, where dance and dhol club members gave beautiful performances, and drawing club children exhibited paintings dedicated to the Army Day. Youth active group members MC-ed the event, and also gave recital performances and speeches which made the evening even more pleasant. The event was closed by summing up the results of the “Silk Road” competition.
In frames of the events dedicated to the Armenian Army Day, Musayelyan youth active group member Mane Vardanyan organized an interesting meeting and film screening for the community schoolchildren.

On this important day – the anniversary of our Army, schoolchildren gathered at the youth center, where they watched a video about its establishment, recited poems and sang patriotic songs.
