Anushavan youth group coordinator Mane Vardanyan initiated and organized “Career Orientation” training for the schoolchildren of her community.
Anushavan youth active group members participated in an interesting and useful training on career orientation and first psychological aid. The purpose of this training was to assist youth with the selection of their future career taking into consideration their personality profiles, skills, and market demands. And the goal of the first psychological aid training was to familiarize youth with the principles of psychological support during difficult and emergency situations. During the training, youth was divided into 3 groups for group work around selecting various professions. The training was conducted in interactive format. At the end of the event, everyone shared their feedback and opinions which were very interesting and positive.
The training was conducted by Mane Vardanyan, Anushavan youth group coordinator, following the guidance provided by the Ministry of Science, Culture and Sport, in frames of its “Youth Worker Training 2023” resources and based on non-formal education skills and knowledge.
