October 31 is the 10th anniversary of UNSCR 1325. With this goal OWEN (Mobile Academy of Peace building and Gender Democracy in Berlin, Germany) has initiated implementation of the project “Visionews”. In the frames of this project the web-site of “Visionews” www.visionews.net was launched on October 31.
