With the goal to monitor the project “Helping Poor Rural Communities Help Themselves and Networking For Peace” Dorothea Wolf (Programme coordinator Caucasus and Central Asia), Claudia Hinderer (Programme Manager Personnel Services Middle East, Caucasus and Central Asia) and Annika Becker (Programme officer South Caucasus and Central Asia) from the German organization “Bread for the World” visited the office of the NGO “Women for Development” on October 20-21. The participants of the meeting discussed issues related to the implementation of the current project, as well as a number of questions connected with the upcoming International conference “Peace Education for Peacebuilding” which is to take place in December 2017.
The guests also visited one of the newly selected communities – village of Meghrashat, where they participated in the second training on the topic “Strategic planning”, spoke to the training participants, got acquainted with the community and their problems.
