”Confict Management” trainings were organized for the members of the Forum Theater clubs, established in WFD NGO beneficiary Karmravan, Krasar, Nor Kyanq, Vardakar and Goghovit communities. The goal of the trainings is to transfer conflict management skills and principles to the participants, as these are necessary assets for peaceful resolution of interpersonal and community conflicts.WFD NGO’s education department coordinator Susanna Ghazaryan conducted the trainings in interactive way, using various games, which helped participants to easily understand the topics and created an informal environment between the trainees.
The trainings were also attended by Forum Theater group leaders and parents, who emphasized the importance of this topic and mentioned that it teaches how to collaborate with each other, understand the conflicts from the opponent’s perspective, and direct those towards peaceful resolution.
