“Women for Development” NGO, in partnership with the “Caritas” Benevolent NGO and in frames of its “I am Migrant” project, had meetings with the residents of WFD NGO’s beneficiary communities of Anushavan and Nor Kyanq, on the topic of protection of labor migrants’ rights.In frames of the project advocating for the rights of labor migrants and supporting them, meetings were held with labor migrants and their family members in Shirak province’s Anushavan and Nor Kyanq communities on February 1st. During the meetings, various issues related to labor migrants and their family members were discussed and individual consultations were provided on spot. Participants also learnt about new strict provisions and changes in the labor law of the Russian Federation.
