“Disaster Risk Reduction and Evaluation” training was organized at Anushavan youth center. The goal of the training was to equip participants with knowledge on natural disasters, their mitigation measures, and the important role volunteers can play in this system.

The 30 training participants were schoolchildren from Artik unified community’s Anushavan, Nor Kyank, Nahapetavan, Vardakar, Tufashen, Getap and Geghanist villages.

The training was based on the materials developed in frames of the “Emergency Response Youth Bank” project, implemented by “Yeghvard” youth ecological NGO.
